Donor Recognition
President’s Circle
The highest level of donor recognition is the President’s
Circle. This level is reserved for those who make a commitment of
$1,000,000 or more to the university.
President’s Club
The President’s Club has four societies based on total giving/pledges
within a 10-year period:
Eagle Society - $10,000 (must average a minimum of $1,000 per year)
Tower Society - $25,000 (must average a minimum of $2,500 per year)
Derryberry Society - $50,000 (must average a minimum of $5,000 per
year)
1915 Society - $100,000 (must average a minimum of $10,000 per year)
Visionaries Society
The Visionaries Society recognizes those individuals who have made
a commitment to Tennessee Tech via wills, trusts, insurance policies,
etc. The only requirement for membership is that Tennessee Tech
is made aware of your planned gift.
True 2 T.E.C.H.
This recognition club was established to encourage continuous annual
giving. Donors are automatically recognized after two or more successive
years of giving. This program has proven to be very popular with
more than 4,500 donors ranging from two to 34 years of continuous
giving.
President’s Associates
Donors who make significant gifts but are unable to commit at the
President’s Club level will be recognized as President’s
Associates and receive similar privileges on an annual basis. Membership
is based on the level of annual gifts, including matching gifts,
and years since graduation for alumni:
Alumni
1 to 5 years out of school $250
6 to 9 years out of school $500
10+ years out of school $1,000
All Others $1,000
Going Beyond, TTU’s Donor Recognition Publication
Going Beyond is published annually as soon as possible after the
end of the calendar year. All donors of $100 or more will, unless
providing instructions to the contrary, have their name displayed
in the appropriate giving category as well as recognition societies/clubs.
